EAT
As a food writer, I go to some of the best restaurants in the world–from Michelin three-star restaurants to roadside taco stands–and yes, I like everything in between! When I eat someplace else, weather it be a restaurant, event or someone else’s home, I am constantly drawing inspiration for new recipes, which leads me to cook…
COOK
What makes me different from most food and travel writers is I actually cook! I’ve worked in-restaurant, catered, attended culinary school and I’m even in the process of writing a small family recipe book.
I get inspiration from restaurants far away, come back to my kitchen and cook up a storm! Best of all, I share these delicious and easy-to-make recipes with you. If I can cook it, you can cook it!
TRAVEL
Admittedly, I can’t think about food all day. I’ll take a break to go to a museum, go to a great beach, go kayaking, snorkeling or skiing. No matter what I do, it’s always an adventure, so come follow me! I’ll share some of the best places to visit in the destination–on any budget and only those really worth your time.
